Lincoln School - Academia de Emprendedores

Entrepreneurial Academy

At the Entrepreneurial Academy, students in grades 11 and 12 have the opportunity to explore different career paths. This program is designed for students interested in entrepreneurship and/or business learning, providing them with a rigorous and relevant curriculum when the full International Baccalaureate Diploma Program is not the suitable option. It offers many benefits that enhance learning and equip students with useful skills and college credits.

Some key features include:

  1. Flexibility: Students can take as many Arizona State University courses as they wish and choose from over 50 online courses, many of which allow learning at their own pace.
  2. Affordability: With a per-course enrollment cost and no need for academic records, applications, or high GPA requirements, the program is accessible to all.
  3. Risk-free learning: Students only pay for courses they pass, eliminating additional fees if they are not successful.
  4. College credits: By completing these courses, students can earn college credits and receive support from Lincoln's teachers and Arizona State University throughout the program.

As part of the Entrepreneurial Academy, students also receive personalized College Counseling starting in the tenth grade. Through these conversations, students develop an 'Individual Entrepreneurship Plan' that encompasses their goals, selected courses, and potential extracurricular or non-academic projects. Embodying the dynamic nature of entrepreneurship, these plans evolve alongside students during their two years of study, allowing for adaptation and refinement of goals and projects.

This approach aligns with our goal of supporting students in finding opportunities to pursue their academic and professional interests, fostering a spirit of innovation and growth. Additionally, it empowers students to make an immediate impact on local and global communities through action, reflection, and continuous learning.

We are committed to providing a space for learning and development for all those interested in exploring the world of entrepreneurship. Lincoln School is a community that fosters innovation, growth, and entrepreneurial success.
