Stages of our sports training process:
- Pre-sport base training (3-7 years)
- Initiation into school sports (8-12 years)
- Sports specialization (13-15 years)
- Sports performance (16-18 years)
We motivate our student-athletes to achieve goals through determination, teamwork, commitment, sacrifice and a “never give up” attitude. We want them to become agile leaders, put strategy into action and perform under pressure.
Our athletic program emphasizes the development of our student-athletes, while teaching them to strive for excellence, and to understand that adversity and defeat are just opportunities for personal growth. It encompasses a great variety of competitive options for male and female students alike.
