It was once a space that housed books and school supplies, but now it has been converted into the Technology team's new facility.
The modern office offers comfort and an appropriate place to serve the needs of the Lincoln community in an efficient manner.
Minor Alfaro, head of the Technology department, commented that having an appropriate area is essential to provide quality service and at the same time provides the team with the necessary amenities to carry out their duties.
Previously, the Technology team worked in a place that lacked physical space. With this new location, Alfaro explained that they are preparing to implement a new incident management system that will allow them to organize and control the work requests that come in on a daily basis.

Manfred Asch, who has been part of the Technology team for 12 years, mentioned that it has been a positive change for everyone because the new facilities have a strategic location that makes it easier to be closer to students and teachers.

Effort and pride
The Lincoln School Maintenance team was in charge of the construction of the new Technology offices. Gerardo Chaves, who has been with us for the past 24 years, recalled the hard work involved in removing walls, putting up a new ceiling, and upgrading the electrical installation.
It was a process that took about two months, but the result is an asset that will benefit the Lincoln community in the long-term.

"We are proud to have achieved the goal of conditioning that area so our community has a more suitable place. It was quite a challenge for us to start doing it and for everything to be done step by step, we are satisfied to have accomplished the job," said Chaves.
